The two articles below are sample chapters from 100 American Crime Writers. The copyright holder is Chris Routledge and they are published here under a Creative Commons license. When you post stuff on the web it gets ripped off. And that’s OK by me. But bear in mind that these pieces have already been submitted to a publisher and accepted for publication, so original ownership can be established pretty easily.
